Refund Policy for Prakir TheFinAcademy

At Prakir TheFinAcademy, we are committed to delivering high-quality education and training to our students. Our refund policy ensures that learners are satisfied with the training programs and that they understand the terms and conditions of eligibility for a refund.

1. 4 Step Wealth Multiplier System Refund PolicyThe 4 Step Wealth Multiplier System is a 12-week program designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to manage their wealth and multiply their income. 

To be eligible for a refund, students must meet the following conditions:

  • Completion Requirements:
    • Students must attend at least 95% of all scheduled sessions.
    • Students must submit all assignments on time.
    • Students must complete all work assigned by the trainer during the program.
  • Refund Eligibility:
    • At the end of the first 4 weeks of the program, if the student has diligently participated, submitted assignments, and followed the program's instructions, and has not seen any meaningful progress in multiplying their income, they will be eligible to request a refund.
  • Refund Process:
    • Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 7 days after the conclusion of the 4th week.
    • The refund will be processed within 30 business days after the approval of the refund request.
  • Non-Refundable Conditions:
    • If a student fails to meet the attendance requirement of 95%, does not submit assignments or work on time, or fails to complete the tasks assigned by the trainer, they will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Fast Track to Finance Career Refund Policy

The Fast Track to Finance Career program is a 3-month course that helps students acquire 5 NISM certifications, along with soft skills and work training, and includes 100% job assistance until they secure employment. 

To be eligible for a refund, students must meet the following conditions:

  • Completion Requirements:
    • Students must attend at least 95% of all scheduled sessions.
    • Students must successfully pass the exams required for the 5 NISM certifications.
    • Students must submit all assignments on time.
    • Students must complete all work assigned by the trainers during the program.
  • Refund Eligibility:
    • If a student has met all the above conditions and has not secured a job placement within 6 months after the completion of the program, they will be eligible to request a refund.
  • Refund Process:
    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days after the 6-month period post-program completion.
    • The refund will be processed within 30 business days after approval.
  • Non-Refundable Conditions:
    • If a student does not meet the attendance requirement of 95%, fails any of the NISM certification exams, or fails to submit assignments or work on time, they will not be eligible for a refund.
    • No refund will be issued if a student secures a job during the 100% job assistance period.
General Terms for Both Programs
  • Refund Request Submission: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to Prakir TheFinAcademy’s official contact channels (email or customer support).
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be made to the original payment method used by the student for the course.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 30 business days.
  • Non-Transferable: Refunds are non-transferable and can only be processed for the student enrolled in the program.
By enrolling in any of the programs offered by Prakir TheFinAcademy, students acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Refund Policy.
